사누르 리조트 너무 친절하고 깨끗 합니다 위치도 좋습니다 2박 투숙 중 중간중간 물품을 채워주고 청소도 해줘서 기분이 좋습니다 요청하지 않아도 객실정비를 해줘서 좋지만 조금 놀남요 나쁜일은 일어나지 않앟고 직원분들을 믿지만 귀중품은 알아서 잘 챙기세요

The location is great, near to the beach and many restaurants and bars. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Icon shopping mall. It will be better if they can provide different food varieties on a daily basis for their breakfast buffet. The food are the same everyday during our four days there. Overall, I will still return and do recommend this hotel resort for families!

💯優點❥ ❶地處沙努爾©️位，酒店一面臨街（各種餐廳，711，飾品店），另一面臨海直接躺平（陽光沙灘🏖️水上項目），酒店的🌴TreeBar非常有名，晚上吹吹海風來杯雞尾🍸酒很愜意！ ❷瀉湖風光泳池套房，孩子隨時隨地游泳🏊🏻♂️，不用去公共泳池人擠人，而且提前為我們房間進行了❣️週年紀念佈置，很貼心 ❸酒店親子配套不錯，🆓杯子蛋糕製作，🆓沙灘活動，🆓小童自行車🚲，收費的小廚師活動👩🏻🍳 ❹出酒店右轉↩️步行5️⃣分鐘🉑達旁邊Hyatt &Andaz成立的公益海龜🐢中心，太適合孩子了，每天都想去喂海龜🥰，還可以領養一衹海龜baby放生哦！ ❺酒店前水域，隨然沒有很美，也不適合浮潛🤿，但是反而非常適合趕海🐚🐡🦀，在這裡發現了一眾奇特海鮮生物😏 ❌缺點❥ ❶早餐過於印尼本土特色，且選擇非常少，所有果汁都帶有濃重姜味兒，零點衹有班尼迪克，牛油果吐司，幾種做法雞蛋🥚，其他就沒有了！早知道這樣，可能會去住旁邊凱悅 ❷開夜床服務糊弄事，衹給兩瓶水…… ❸酒店公區小的可憐，或者可以理解為除了Treebar旁邊大泳池，就沒有其他公區了🥲，沙灘沙努爾這邊沒有絕對意義的私家沙灘🏖️，就酒店門口4️⃣個沙灘椅，先到先得……

Everything was perfect. Just the beach could be more cleaner. And the ocean itself wasn't so clean as well. And some entertainment were missing a bit. More than 3 nights would become boring at some point. Otherwise service were excellent and outstanding. Thanks for the refreshing vacation.

Family of four in the impressive lagoon pool with two double beds. We absolutely loved our stay. EVERY staff member was so lovely and helpful. The facilities are amazing. Did the free yoga class breakfast and free afternoon tea was amazing l. They have a Japanese restaurant out the front and a great taco place lots of great massage spas around too. The best location. Can’t wait to go back.

I had a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is excellent, and every staff member was incredibly kind and welcoming. Lia at Tree bar was absolutely lovely as well. Thank you to all the staff — I would love to stay here again next time!
